Haus Ofelia is located in the center of Laengenfeld, 50 m from ski bus and 12 km from Soelden ski lifts. The location of this guest house is ideal for skiers and mountain lovers, you can do biking, mountain climbing, hiking and Nordic walking. At 5 minutes by walk from the house there is one of Austria’s most modern wellness centres. There are warm thermal waters combined with the imposing Otztal Mountains view to provide a new kind of thermal experience, it’s a unique property that lets you enjoy the thermal spa with summer and winter pastimes.

Haus Ofelia is a typical Tyrolean house on the outside, but very modern and confortable on the inside. The house is spacious, 6 sleepers, a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and 2 bathrooms. There are also 2 terraces on the second floor, one of them is very big and sunny, especially in the morning time, a good place where you can enjoy your breakfast. Haus Ofelia has a little garden, with a wooden chalet for ski equipment. * Smoking is forbidden in the house. Pets are not allowed. Self-catering.
