Ski resort
The ski resorts in Soelden, Rettenbach (2680m) and Tiefenbach (3250m) are only a few minutes away by car or skibus. Soelden has the marvelous BIG 3 vantage points, is the only ski area in Austria with 3 mountains higher than 3000m ( Glaislachkogl 3058m, Tiefenbachkogl 3250m, Schwarze Schneide 3340m ) wich are accessible by lifts or gondolas. There is a Boarder's Park at Giggijoch with Race Course, Easy Cross or Mogul, and not less than 26 huts and mountain restaurants within the ski area warmly welcoming you!
The thermal spa complex is only minutes away by walk from the house. The unique architecture which blends perfectly into the contours of the valley hosts an extensive indoor and outdoor range of activities.

Laengenfeld's special geography makes the place the ideal destination for cyclists, it is the high altitude stamina training center within the valley. It has 80km of marked cycling and mountain biking paths. In Oetztal there is more than 684km of official bike trails who are waiting to be explored. From a relaxed Sunday morning ride to a challenging whole trail, you will find it all.
